1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

· Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

· Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

· Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, any slippers showing signs of wear, odor, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

· Items that have been worn, used, washed, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

· Final sale items (if applicable)

· Gift cards

· Customized or special-order items

 


 

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at support@withyoohome.com with your order number and issue.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization with instructions.

3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

 


 

4. Shipping Costs

· Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

· Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help based on availability.
Exchanges follow the same eligibility and return steps above.

 


 

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

· Refunds are issued to your original payment method

· Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank

· You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed

 


 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your slippers arrive damaged or you received the wrong item:

· Contact us within 7 days of delivery

· Include photo(s) so we can resolve the issue quickly

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

 


 

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but missing.
Please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
