At WithYoo HOME, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and worry-free as possible—from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Where We Ship
We currently fulfill orders within Canada and the United States (Mainland Only). To ensure successful delivery, all orders must be placed with a valid residential or commercial street address, as we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Order Handling Time
Once your payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your order within 3 business days. Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will be handled starting the following business day.
Shipping Fees
A standard delivery rate of $6.95 applies to all orders, with the option to enjoy complimentary shipping on purchases over $49. Currency (CAD or USD) is automatically determined based on your delivery destination, and all costs will be clearly shown before checkout is completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and vary by destination. Within Canada, orders to Ontario and Quebec typically arrive within 2–3 business days, while deliveries to the rest of Canada usually take 5–7 business days. For the United States, shipments to the Eastern region are generally delivered within 2–4 business days, while orders sent to the Western region may take 5–10 business days. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak-season shipping volume.
Tracking Your Shipment
After your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your email so you can monitor its progress. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to activate.
Order Status Notifications
You will receive a series of emails confirming your purchase, shipment, and delivery so that you are always aware of your order’s status.

To avoid delivery issues, please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. WithYoo HOME cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information.
